It is a simple concept to design so there are too many of them on the internet.
There are so many different types of it for various needs. So, you cannot make one to use everywhere.
Most of the useful designs do not have a good appearance due to their functionality needs.
Most of the good-looking designs are not so practical.
Every phone has different dimensions so most of the designs couldn't be compatible with your phone.
What is different about my design?
The design doesn't have some fancy features that don't make so much sense for a desktop holder: Adjustable angle > Just two angles (45 and 70) is quite enough. Spring loaded holding arms > It is for a desktop use not for a car. Foldable design > It is not for travel just for your desktop. Tablet holding > It can hold a tablet, but it is a “phone holder”. Thematic details > It is for everyone, not for specific themed desks. Assembly components > Simple problems should have simpler solutions. Cable management > Every cable is different just like every phone. Wireless charging > Not everyone's phones have this feature.
It is an optimized design for print-in-place, so supports are not needed.
It is designed to need the least possible printing material.
It is tested with different smartphones to make it compatible for everyone.
There is enough space for your charging cable and the cable head.
You can touch your phone screen without worrying it tumble.
It is not the most stylish holder, but it is looking quite good enough.
It has a sturdy structure that it can holds tablets too.
It can also be printed in upright position.
It is an active project, which means that I will update it with your feedback.
