120mm Fan Mount for IceManCooler 2U Reservoir

I wanted to mount this server reservoir to a fan on my PC, but couldn't find anything for it. This is an aliexpress special, and can be found here. 

Overall decent res but the small capacity can be annoying. 

Print should be in anything other than PLA/TPU. PLA will likely warp/deform over time as the tubes have a bit of pressure on the res. This is plenty sturdy with 30% infill and 3-4 walls in PETG.
