ALGE-Timing HS3-2 - Spare Part

Ich benötige ein Ersatzteil für das Headset ALGE-Timing HS3-2. Genauer gesagt geht es um den Verbindungsclip, der den Bügel mit dem Ohrhörer verbindet. Dieser Clip ist verloren gegangen. Der Hersteller bietet diesen Clip als Ersatzteil an, und er kann mit einer M2-Schraube (3 mm) befestigt werden.

Um den passenden Clip für beide Seiten zu haben, musst du die STL-Datei im Slicer spiegeln. Ich habe das alles bereits in der *.3mf-Datei erledigt, d.h. Drucker auswählen, Filament auswählen und loslegen...

Ich habe die Clips in Nylon mit Carbonfasern gedruckt... Aber es reicht sicher auch PETG. Es geht auch PLA aber die sind nicht UV beständig und im Auto werden die Clips bei 60°C weich und verlieren ihre Form. Darum besser was anderes als PLA verwenden! Oder Reserve Clips uns Schraubenzieher dazu packen.

In order to have the matching clip for both sides, you have to mirror the STL in the slicer. I have already done all of this in the *.3mf file, i.e. select printer, select filament and go...

I printed the clips in nylon with carbon fibers... But PETG is probably enough. PLA also works, but it is not UV resistant and in the car the clips soften at 60°C and lose their shape. Therefore, it is better to use something other than PLA! Or pack spare clips and a screwdriver.
