RocketTool - Your 3-in-1 companion tool

Presentation

This assistive tool is the 2nd of the OpenEDS collection. It was made to improve comfort and avoid pain due to my kEDS (kyphoscoliotic Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome).

It helps me to do 3 things :

- Turn my keys without fingers dislocation and/or pain
- Carry a bag without pain
- Push buttons (elevator / ATM) without my fingers to avoid pain

Some of my friends have some other diseases (HSD / Marfan / Arthisis / Fibromyalgia / ...) and have the same problem with theses situations. This tool can help them too.

I also add a small hole to attach this tool on your key ring.

Printing

- I use PLA but you can also use PETG
- Fill with 20% triangle pattern
- Print with 3 walls
- Print this model vertically to add strength

Updates

- 2025-06-22: Little smaller for locks and doors compatibility (close to a wall)
- 2025-01-24: bigger slot for key and better hole for key ring.
- 2024-09-27: Initial release
