Begode mten5 Handle Clip (silence the rattle)

The begode mten5 euc trolley handle is loose. When you ride over potholes or bumps, you can hear the handle rattle. You occasionally can have the extended handle come out while riding as well. This is a simple TPU clip that screws into the back of the top cover and secures the handle. It eliminates the rattle and keeps the handle from extending while you ride.

The top cover uses No. 4 Wood screws that are 5/8" long. This is the same as a M3 x 16mm self tapping screw. You need to get two longer ones. I used 1" screws but 7/8" would have been perfect (M3 x 22mm).

The print should be done using TPU to keep things flexible. I used a .6mm nozzle, .3mm layer height, 2 walls, 3 tops and bottoms, 20% gyroid.
