Fallout 4 Vault Door Detailed

At 100% the diameter of this piece is around 165mm.  To capture all the detail with a .4mm nozzle, it needs to be close to that size, but only because of tiny rivets.  I used a Prusa XL 5T, Duramic PLA + Black, light grey, and yellow.   I may try to “age” mine with paint and stain.  I used .4 nozzles and a .15mm layer height.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no Vault 45 in the game series, just a little personalization.  If you don't manually paint the “45” micro recess, it won't show up in the print at all.  I'm including the Fusion .f3d file, so you can play around, scale up for a clock, scale down for keychain, coaster, whatever.  I use mine as a decoration.

I printed this using supports under the yellow “pipe” and got them out by using a tiny screw driver to push them part way, then gently pry the rest of the way.  Would recommend soluble supports or maybe just bridge those gaps?
