Description
Gridfinity holder for the standard end cap for the 17 series torch that comes with the standard available packages (steel, aluminum, both) of the HTP Revolution 2500 multi-process welder. If you bought the package that comes with the water cooled torch, or if you are using some other torch, then this likely won't fit.
I am working on another organizer for the stubby gas lens kit that I bought to use with the CK17 torch, and I almost made a space for this end cap (which was included with the torch and welder, not the gas lens kit) in that organizer, but it's already taking up 2x5 Gridfinity squares, and adding the standard end cap would have wasted a bunch of space in making it 3x5. Placed on end like I could do with the shorter end caps that came with the kit, it would have been too tall for most toolbox drawers (including mine), so it had to go horizontally. Positioned flat, it would have just barely fit into the 3 squares I used, but I put it at an angle with the tip sticking up, to make it a little easier to grab.
Like my other Gridfinity models, the base is altered to accept 6x3 magnets as a press fit, with the upper surface of the magnet holes modified to make the slicer bridge across correctly for a clean result. The unit in the pictures was printed out of Overture matte gray PLA on my Bear upgraded Mk3S+, using a 0.6mm Revo nozzle at 0.3mm layer height, 2 perimeters, and 15% infill.
