Description
With this tool you can power and charge all your electronic devices from an Einhell Power X-Change Battery. It provides a multi protocol type A and type C USB port.
Just slide it onto the batterypack. (Thanks to Hans for the great base design).
I have tried many electronic boards, this one is not the cheapest but it works best with all common quick charging protocols and provides 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V or 20V(20V only with a fully charged Einhell battery) and up to 65 Watt.
This PCB also has an integrated protection fuse and it has a LCD Display which shows the voltage, current and power.
Successfully tested powering my mobile phone, laptop, soldering iron and many other devices.
An additional undervoltage protection is not required since the Einhell power x-change batteries are protected against deep discharging and shut themselves off at around 15V.
Parts you need:
No supports required for printing. I used PETG, but probably everything will work.
Install the heatset inserts into the cover, do the wiring, snap the board and powerswitch in its places, slide the 3 printed parts together and secure it with the screws from the bottom. Finally secure the battery connectors with some hotglue.
