3DSets - Belt Gearbox D3530/D3542 motor adapter/pulley

Compatible with D3530/D3542 motor with 3 screw, spaced by 16mm, like this one https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/1005006159885118.html

Use 3x M2.5x4mm screw directly on motor rotating cage.

Print D35XX pulley, Remove integrated support. (red part on screenshot)

Then plug the pulley on shaft aligning M2.5 screw head with 3 holes. Use XZ compensation to have a tight fit. (Used 0.07 hole compensation on BambuLab P1S).

You can use the extended “Box Front D” to mount the D3542. Use the 3dSets original part for D3530.

Build is straightforward.
