Description
The first of these holders is sized to fit the nozzles for the aluminum MIG gun that came with my HTP Revolution 2500 welder. It also fits the nozzles for my Lincoln Pro Mig 175, albeit a little more loosely. Will it fit the nozzles for HTP's steel welding MIG gun for those who bought either the steel package, or the all in one package (or other HTP welding guns)? Will it fit the nozzles for your welder? Dunno, I don't have any of those to test, but feel free to print it and post your results in a comment here.
The second holder fits the nozzles that my Lincoln welder uses for welding with flux cored wire. I have never used them, or the small spool of flux core wire that came with my welder, but here is the model if you need it. Maybe someday if the Zombie (or other) Apocalypse comes and I can no longer get welding gas, I will be glad that I kept that stuff around. Probably it is just taking up space for no good reason. But at least now it does so in a more organized fashion.
Like my other Gridfinity models, the bases are altered to accept 6x3 magnets as a press fit, with the upper surface of the magnet holes modified to make the slicer bridge across correctly for a clean result. The units pictured were printed with Polymaker ABS on my Voron 2.4 using a 0.6mm nozzle at 2 perimeters, and 0.3mm layer height.
