New Housing for Evolve Gen 2 Remote

I’ve created a new remote case to replace the original one. The annoying finger trigger is gone, and now there’s a nicer, more comfortable thumb throttle.

Important Notes:

BEFORE YOU START - DESOLDER THE BATTERY! 

Before making any changes, take pictures of your remote in its original state. This way, you can reference the images if you forget where to resolder the cables.

1) Potentiometer:
You'll need to resolder the cables to the potentiometer, moving them from the yellow pins to the green pins. Check the attached pictures for more clarity. The old pins should either be bent or clipped away to avoid any issues. After that, you can secure the potentiometer in the new case with some hot glue to keep it stable.

2) Antenna Cable:
The antenna cable (the one that was soldered to the copper tape on the original case) needs to be replaced. You’ll need a longer cable, about 10 -15  cm in length, for this to work properly.

3)Assembly:
The new case is put together with 3 M4x10 screws. 

Note on Printing:
If you're using an FDM printer, it won’t be able to print the fine icons shown in the pictures. Those were laser-etched after printing. Only resin printers can handle that level of detail.
