Plant Nursery for Cutting Propagation

This is a plant nursery that can hold and propagate cuttings taken from plants. There are different versions of the pots available, with sizes ranging from 2x2 holes, up to 4x4 holes. I have actually not tested printing anything larger than the 3x2 sized-pot, so if you try the larger sizes, please leave some feedback on how it worked!

Of note is that these pots are actually stack-able, so you can stow them away when not in use so that they take up less space!

Important note about printing water tight containers

Make sure that your printer is able to actually print water-tight containers like this! To ensure the best result, print the parts with 100% infill, and manually inspect the layers and generated perimeters in your slicer to verify that the walls of the pot will print nicely.

In addition, after printing the pot, fill it with water and leave in your sink over the night so that you can ensure that no water is seeping through the layers. After you feel that you trust the pot enough, go ahead and put in your cuttings and leave them to grow!

• Changed the fillet below the top lip rim to print better with overhangs
