Producing hundreds of parts in TPU told me a lesson: reguarly clean your Nozzle!
TPU is so sticky, over time the extruder will have to work more and more to push it forward. At some point in time it will simply jam and go sideways inside the print head.

I even started to (try) to improve the interior of the prusa printhead. Found no breakthrough there -- cleaning the heater and nozzle make all the difference for a good night sleep, while the printer is busy next door :-)
