Description
These plastic feet are replacement parts for an aluminum household ladder. The aluminum legs are rather thin, and work their way through the original feet, after some time. The result is, that we have the ladder standing on the sharp edge of the aluminum leg on the carpet, while the feet crumble and fail to protect the floor.
My ladder has two type of legs
35.4mm x 23.2mm The exact shape and dimensions of the legs is a parametric sketch in freecad, so you can easily adapt them for different legs.
Printed with PETG and 3 perimeter lines and 50% infill to make them strong. Do not use PLA, it will become brittle after a few weeks.
I am using a daily preview build of FReeCAD 0.19 -- this is where the thickness tool works correctly in the part design workbench.
