This is a Home Assistant Raspberry pi 3B+ enclosure with built-in Sonoff ZBDongle-E Zigbee coordinator and Noctua NF-A4x10 fan.
It allow you to create a small HomeAssistant server, with built in Zigbee/Threads support.
The Noctua fan speed is driven by HommeAssistant depending on CPU temperature and is almost silent.
Needed electronics:
Raspberry pi 3B+ with SD card
Sonoff ZBDongle-E
Noctua NF-A4x10 5V PWM
Small USB A extension cable
M3 heat inserts
Instructions:
Print in PLA of PETG, with tree supports for the enclosure (make sure the support can start on the model and not only on the build plate as internal support is needed).
Add the M3 heat inserts
Insert the Noctual fan by sliding it in the enclosure, it will clip into place.
Insert the Sonoff dongle, with the extention cable on it. Cut the cable so that you can solder it to the raspberry pi afterward.
Insert the Raspberry pi and solder the USB cable to the blocked port, and the fan to the GPIO header.
Add the printed spacer under the raspberry and screw the pi to the enclosure with 3 M3 screws
