It can be assembled and disassembled without tools. Although for the first assembly, a file or sandpaper will still be useful for you to remove printing artifacts. And it will also be better if you wipe the slip points and the spring with silicone grease.

The experience with my previous knife https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4747489 helped me a lot and I tried to take into account all the mistakes. Now all parts are printed without support. And if the printer is well set up, you get a very functional thing in just a couple of hours, with a minimum of post-processing.

Attention.* In order for the blade to be firmly fixed and there was no backlash, I removed the gaps on the landing grooves. Therefore, the first time the replacement of the blade is carried out with great difficulty. Be very careful when inserting the blade.*

21.03.05 I updated the files of this model. If you downloaded the files earlier than this date, my recommendation is to update them. The improvements are quite significant, in particular:

• Fixed the Slider jamming when opening the blade
• Extended blade seat to fit most blades from 60 to 62 mm wide
• Added a guide to the edge of the Slider, which gives more precise positioning
• Increased Trigger pad, now the rear view is more aesthetic
• The spring hook is reduced, which makes it easier to move the Slider

• Added the ability to lock the blade in the open position only by 15 mm. This can be useful for opening packages. If you need such a feature, print the file - Base+Fix15mm.stl ### My some other things:

Изменения коснулись каждой детали. Главное, это больше никаких крышек, которые либо плохо держаться, либо надо искать мелкие саморезы. Благодаря отсутствию крышек, нож стал тоньше и легче. Его можно собрать и разобрать без инструментов. Хотя для первой сборки надфиль или наждачная бумага вам все же пригодиться, что бы убрать артефакты печати. А так же будет лучше, если протереть силиконовой смазкой места скольжения и пружину.

Мне очень помог опыт работы с моим предыдущим ножом https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4747489 и я постарался учесть все ошибки. Теперь все детали печатаются без поддержки. И если принтер хорошо настроен, вы получаете всего за пару часов очень функциональную вещь, с минимумом постобработки.

Внимание.* Для того чтобы лезвие было крепко зафиксировано и отсутствовал люфт, я убрал зазоры на посадочных канавках. Поэтому первое время замена лезвия осуществляется с большим трудом. Будьте очень осторожны, когда вставляете лезвие.*
