Mini Blade Fuse Holder remix

I don't like to use glue as the original design intended so I've added holes to secure by screw.

I also made its blade holder longer as that's what I have, and a different version that have a bend for wire to exit perpendicular to fuse, in cases where we want to install fuse in serial to our wires.
