Description
To standardise all my equipment, I wanted my new Baofeng UV-5RH radio to have a Klickfast stud, so I fired up the 3d printer and printed out the Klickfast for Baofeng UV-5R by Hoopajoo on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4676865). I was a little but suprised to find that the model was too small for the new Baofeng UV-5RH, which seems to have been beefed up in all areas.
So, I made a few adjustments in PrusaSlicer and stretched out the bars slightly to accomodate the bigger radio.
The blue print is in PLA, just to give better contrast fitted to the radio. The actual part I printed in Prusament Galaxy Black ASA, and printed it at an angle to try and reduce the sheer point.
