Filament runout sensor for Ender 3 pro with a metal dual gear extruder, remixed from blaiseb's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3357097/

i liked the original, although when i upgraded the extruder, the filament path changed and no longer aligned.

Also added a channel for securing the wiring loom with a zip tie
