Adapter for Overture Cardboard Spools to fit on Bambu Lab Plastic Spools

I tried other spool adapters on Printables but they did not fit. I took spool measurements and built this one to fit on Bambu labs spools properly.

1. Print this file

2. Cover the Overture filament with painter's tape to secure it from unraveling.

3. Rip one cardboard side off the Overture spool. Bend any excess cardboard out from the center of the spool.

4. Insert this spool adapter.

5. Put the toothed side of Bambu Lab plastic spool on, being sure to align the notch.

6. Flip over. Rip off the other cardboard side of the Overture spool. Put the second side of the  Bambu Lab plastic spool on and lock on place.

7. Remove painter's tape and load into Bambu Labs AMS slot. Set filament type.
