Description

I always keep losing my chapstick so I decided to create a case that I could basically attach to myself. The result is a case that can be attached to a MOLLE system.

This case was specifically designed for 4.8 gram Labello brand chapsticks. I did keep wear-and-tear in mind, so in the beginning it's an extremely snug fit. This wil get better over time. If you want to use this for a chapstick with different dimensions, download the Fusion file I've attached and update the LabelloDiameter and LabelloHeight parameters to fit your particular chapstick.

My first design was a bit boring so I had a little fun with it and gave it some cyberpunk-ish decorations. The text on the front says “Labello” in Japanese (according to Google Translate, at least).

Requirements

All you need is two slotted loops. You can purchase these online (just search for “slotted loops”) or print them yourself (this one should work).

Print instructions

Stability is a bit of an issue with this one. I recommend using a brim and applying glue stick to the print bed. Supports are not needed.

Fonts

I used some non-standard fonts which you might have to download and install if you want to make changes to the Fusion file.

  • GN Kill Gothic U (Japanese text on the front)
  • Synthek LDR (number on the side)
