Dory Mouse

I created this cute mouse in Blender by following Dorya Tutorial's "Cute Mouse" video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9aPCG_ROvMc

I am relatively new to Blender, and I love her videos. I highly recommend them.

I printed this guy in resin and even his whiskers turned out great. The whiskers are somewhat flexible, but I did manage to break a couple of them.

The whiskers are the only reason I didn't try printing in FDM. If anyone has a suggestion on how to add whiskers to the print, please let me know.

UPDATE 12 OCT 2024
I've uploaded an FDM friendly version. The compromise is, there are no whiskers and the nose was moved inwards to provide more support. Print this tilted back, with a 3 mm brim and organic supports as shown in the photo.

I took a cue from Lostsorrow (at Thingiverse) and added some wire whiskers. See the last photo. They don't taper to a fine point, but they look okay from arm's length.
