Kreg Accu-Cut tracksaw adapter for DeWalt DCS571 Compact Circular Saw

This is a niche use case, but maybe someone will find it useful like me for combining two excellent tools to easily and accurately cut shapes from 6 and 12mm MDF.

Guide is a two part clamped adapter that fits around the DCS571 base to allow using the 571 on the excellent Kreg Accu-Cut circular guide track system. Parts have been carefully designed to fit closely and securely around the various bits of the base, with no movement when installed for accuracy of cuts.

Both top and bottom parts are split for printing on normal sized print beds. Joining bars are included in design to allow gluing split parts together with CA glue.

Print all 4 parts, plus 6 Joining Bars in PETG, 50% infil.

Glue split halves together using Joining bars for accurate location

Install 8 x M4x8mm heat inserts in lower half

Assemble around base of saw with 6 M4 screws

Blade is accurately positioned to cut 2mm off trimmable blue rubber on edge of AccuCut to give cut line

Guide can easily be taken off when not needed.
