Rodamientos de bolas desmontable / removable ball bearing

Rodamiento de bolas desmontable.

Se compone de un Aro exterior, y una jaula interior, que separa las bolas., el buje o anillo interior, que está montado en dos partes. y luego se fija con el cierre, que lleva 4 estañas.

Orden de montaje:

En superficie lisa, presentar Anillo exterior, anillo interior o buje, parte inferior( lleva 4 muescas) y  jaula, se montan las bolas, son 8 en total. Se pone el medio anillo interior, encima, y se fija con el cierre.., presionando las pestañas para que entre has el fondo, y se hacen coincidir con las muescas del anillo inferior…

Yo lo he impreso con Pteg, pero eso ya, según el uso que le vayan a dar…
Todo tiene tolerancias de 0,2 mm, por lo que encaja bien y holgado, para que ruede y no haya problemas…

El objetivo del rodamiento, es ver su funcionamiento y como desmontarlo y montarlo, no para usarlo como tal…,

Las bolas se podrían partir por la mitad para imprimirlas mejor.., y luego pegarlas, pero a mi me ha ido relativamente bien…

Everything has tolerances of 0.2 mm, so it fits well and loosely, so that it rolls and there are no problems…

The objective of the bearing is to see how it works and how to disassemble and assemble it, not to use it as such…

The balls could be cut in half to print them better... and then glued, but it worked relatively well for me...
