Reloading Powder funnels

308 win has been added to the group.

My initial prints have been made out of PLA but PETG also works.  Because of the thin sections that label the funnels, I would recommend waiting for the print to cool down before removal.  I found out that it bends at that spot if you are too impatient.

I've made an adjustment to the clearance between the Brass and the funnel giving a more secure fit.  Also 223 Rem has been added as a cutout on the top to define what it is. 

I made a 223 Powder funnel which allows for easy powder flow with minimal loss.  I gave a little kicker as the powder go down the tube and not get stuck on the top of the neck.  The whole design can be printed as is with no supports.

I initially printed with 0.1mm layers but the tolerances are high enough that I am sure a 0.15 or 0.2mm print layer will be fine. 

It works well with flake powder and will test out with stick shortly.
