Fluke 117 / 115 / 114 - Rugged case

This version of the rugged box was re-sized and re-shaped to fit a Fluke 117, 115 or 114 and the TL175 TwistGuard test leads. It has additional storage for items like a spare battery, spare fuse or the AC175 alligator clip set.

It's a very compact design that does not need additional (foam) inserts, easing printing and assembly. Needs 6 x M3x25mm screws for assembly of the latches and joint. Two versions of the lid are included for download, with and without the “FLUKE (type nr.)” logo. AdditionalIy, as requested, I have added a lid with a FLUKE 115 and 114 logo as well. All logos are also available as a separate data set.
 

To print the logo onto the lid I have first printed the logo in a first print job, in black. Don’t add a skirt when slicing and leave the printed logo on the bed. Subsequently print the lid directly placed over the logo in a second color of your choice (I used a warm yellow PLA from Kexcelled3D).
 

The logo lettering is set to 0.4mm - 2 layers height to increase color contrast, which printed fine without collision or smearing on my Prusa MK3S+ but your milage may vary. If needed adjust to 1 layer or use the clean lid to apply lettering of your choice.
