Description
The "Alphabet Rolling Pins" set consists of two 3D-printed rolling pins—one with uppercase letters and one with lowercase letters. Students roll these pins over a flattened piece of playdough they’ve prepared themselves, imprinting the letters into the dough. Afterward, they are given a task (such as recognizing the initial sound of a word from picture cards) to press the corresponding uppercase and lowercase letters into the dough. This activity helps them associate sounds with their letter forms. In more advanced tasks, students can press down all the letters in phonetic words they hear, reinforcing their understanding of letter-sound correspondence in a playful, tactile manner.
