Mouth Plate, Wedding Scene, Beetlejuice 1988

This is the mouth plate [spell], modelled for cosplay, that Beetlejuice casts on Barbara Maitland (played by Geena Davis) during the wedding scene in the first Beetlejuice movie from 1988 by Tim Burton.

Put the mouth plate in hot water until it softens enough for you to bend it to shape.
Be careful not to scald or burn your hands during this procedure.
Print the plate front side down. Print the screws with a brim for stability.
Put the screws in place either before or after you paint the parts. Or why not print it in silver coloured plastic.
The screws should be press fit but feel free to add some glue if needed.
