Description
Few years ago I have stumbled upon a headphones/tablet design that I really liked. But, despite being made out of CNC machined multiplex board, it was extremely expensive. I have designed it in inscape and laser cut the routing templates out of 3mm acrylic. Here is the recreation of that design that is now optimized for 3D printing, but it can serve as a router template too. In case of using it as a template, you dont need both, left and right files. Just one of it.
To join and fix the stand, you would need a countersank M3 screws and 3x35mm pins or M3 threaded rod. For esthetic reason, I have used some furniture M6 screw/nut combination that look the same at both sides. You need to cut 3x15mm spacer/joining sleeves out of the nut-screw.
