10" Replacement Case for DrayTek Vigor 167 Modem

This is a drop-in replacement enclosure for the original Vigor 167. The modem uses a single PCB, so the swap is quick and straightforward. Handle the PCB with care, there’s a high-voltage section with its own protective cover. make sure to transfer and reuse that cover in the new case.

LEDs / Light Guides
If you’d like the front LEDs to remain visible, print the light guides in clear PETG and glue them in place. Print the guides on their sides so the layers help transmit light.

Material Recommendation
Avoid PLA due to its low heat resistance and the unknown operating temperatures of the electronics. Use PETG, ABS/ASA, or similar heat-tolerant materials instead.
