English

For a Voron Switchwire, I wanted to be able to switch the power supply for the control board, i.e. the actual printer, and additional devices such as lighting and exhaust air filters independently of each other via the Raspberry PI. The choice fell on a simple 4-channel relay board from Seeed, see https://wiki.seeedstudio.com/Raspberry_Pi_Relay_Board_v1.0/. This is exactly what this bracket is for. It is perfectly tailored to this board and offers additional space to lay cables underneath.

The model can be printed with the usual Voron settings with ABS/ASA without supports. It is attached to the center profile with two M5 ball-head screws (BHCS). The usual Voron M3 threaded inserts are melted into the arms of the holder. The relay board is mounted to this with M3 screws.

Für einen Voron Switchwire wollte ich die Möglichkeit haben, die Stromversorgung für das Controlboard, also den eigentlichen Drucker, sowie Zusatzgeräte wie Beleuchtung und Abluftfilter unabhängig voneinander über den Raspberry PI schalten zu können. Die Wahl fiel auf ein einfaches 4-Kanal-Relais-Board von Seeed, siehe https://wiki.seeedstudio.com/Raspberry_Pi_Relay_Board_v1.0/. Genau dafür dient diese Halterung. Sie ist optimal auf dieses Board zugeschnitten und bietet noch zusätzlich Platz darunter Kabel zu verlegen.

Das Modell kann mit den üblichen Voron-Einstellungen mit ABS/ASA ohne Stützen gedruckt werden. Es wird mit zwei M5 Linsenkopfschrauben am Mittelprofil befestigt. In die Arme der Halterung werden die bei Voron üblichen M3-Gewindeeinsätze eingeschmolzen. Daran wird das Relais-Board mit M3 Schrauben montiert.
