Eureka Mignon Portafilter Fork Mount v2

My Eureka grinder didn't come with a portafilter holder or the metal bracket to attach one.  This builds on the model by @LegendaryCheez_87484 to replace the bracket with the following changes

• Tighter fit.  Presses in snug and reduces wobble
• Screw hole resized for M3 heatset insert
• Modified for compatibility with Normcore dosing cup holder for Eureka Mignon Specialita (For Cafelat Robot baskets, scale that holder up to 103.4%)
