This replacement end cap allows you to use a right-angle C7 power cord with your Scosche BaseLynx modular charging system.
Design features
Same styling as the original part, but slightly wider to accommodate the right angle power cord.
Printing instructions
Print one end cap in an appropriate material, and two pins in TPU.
Print the .stl files as-oriented.
Note: The pins are designed to be printed with TPU for the correct fit.
Installation instructions
Screw the pins into the end cap until the threads are fully below the top surface (as far as you can).
Install the end cap onto your first BaseLynx module as with the original.
Plug the power cord in.
To remove, gently pull the end cap off to disconnect the cord.
Safety notes
This model is not designed to come in contact with any electricity.
Make sure the cord is fully engaged and properly aligned.
Notes
I designed this model in OpenSCAD and it's fully parameterized. If you'd like a simple modification (i.e., cord cutout size, etc.), send me a message and I'll see what I can do.
