Description
Quick printing test probe to fit the J6 gripper mount on the AR4 robot from Annin Robotics. The probe tip has a known distance (50mm) from the gripper mount plate that you can input into the kinematic model and the PLA is forgiving if you crash the probe into things while you setup and configure the robot.
You will need 2 m3x10 mm bolts and 2 m3 nuts. The bolts go in from the back of the J6 gripper mount to keep the front face clear of metal. Use the outer holes of the gripper mount.
The model uses captive nuts in the print. If you use the GCODE provided the print will stop at layer 19 automatically, simply place the nuts inside and then continue printing. If you don't have a MK4/S or want to slice yourself I have also provided the .stl and .3mf but then you need to insert the pause yourself see here.
