Description
Maturity: Very Good
5 prototypes.
In use since 2024/10.
A mounting to combine:
Stealthburner
LGX (not to be mistaken to the unsupported later LGX lite)
Nitehawk-SB (and its fan PCB)
Umbilical
I would call it Casimodo due to its bump.
I modified my LGX mount on Stealthburner (https://github.com/rongith/Stealthburner_LGX_Mount). There is similarities for mounting.
The very nice PUG Gland (Parameter umbilical gland) is to be found here: https://www.printables.com/model/378567-pug-parametric-umbilical-gland

M3x30 - ISO4762 | 2 | LGX mount to carriage (front) |
Ideas i may work on:
Mount the Nitehawk-SB PCB directly on a spacer on the LGX extruder for accelerometer measurements improvements.
Design for cable chain too.
Helper to avoid misalignements of pins of the 2 parts PCB.
Others side PCB than Nitehawk-SB
“Faster” connection.
Log:
2026/01:
Added a version of a Prusa XL like umbilical reinforcement for the PUG holder. In use since 2025/11. The first release is without any reinforcement attachement.
