Spare part handle grip for micro scooter with insert lock possibility

The handle grip of the kicker of my son was damaged and I designed a more robust part to be printed with tpu or flexible pla.
for TPU I printed it with 120 % flow and 45 mm/s for all speed 250 mic layers, and no retractation on my micro 3d printer took about 4 hours to complete. The result is shown on first picture. Tpu natural from orbitec.
it worked fine. I re printed later on using flexible pla from m3d. The tough ink ruby red. Printed at 230'C no retractation and 60 mm/sec. 110%flow. Also very nice as you can see on second picture.

A place for an insert has been designed for a future addition of various mod.

I thought for instance a whistle that n sounds when enough speed is. Reached or anything alike.
Also a lighting system with some leds.... For now nothing concrete. but I want the possiblity to make it smart.
