Dewalt DW735 to 4" 90° dust collection adapter

A 90° degree transition from the Dewalt DW735 dust collection port to 4". Here I'm using a Rockler quick connect but it'll also work fine with a 4" flex hose and it may work with various other fittings but I haven't verified this. The Fusion file is included so you can modify it to fit your configuration.

Notes:

Printed in PETG with a 0.6 nozzle and four perimeters for strength. Recommend printing in the orientation provided with build plate supports as needed.

I needed to use 0.2 layer heights with the 0.6 nozzle to get all the inner and outer perimeters to adhere properly (and not be complete overhangs). There's a lot of bridging so if your printer is suspect in this area slice the top portion into a separate model and run some test prints of it.
