A Totally new make of the revolver from the original Trigun anime. This is the post repairs version with the smooth side cylinder. If there is interest I will also make an optional fluted cylinder like he as at the beginning of the series.
Added renders showing the mechanical bits inside the frame, the Angel Plant under the top cover and the break action ejection.
Features:
- Working break action with latch
- Working ejector (if you add a spring)
- Moving trigger and hammer
- Clicky noise maker for when the cylinder is spun
- Properly sized .45LC dummy cartridges
- Removable top cover to show Angel Plant
- Barrel and frame have ported cut outs

Assembly instructions:
Cylinder: If you want it to auto eject, you will need a spring with an outer diameter of no more than 12mm and in inner diameter of no less than 6mm and a length of at least 15mm. You can skip the spring if you want and just snap the ejector in place.
- Drop the spring into the central opening of the cylinder body
- Align the ejector to the cylinder body so that the square peg is aligned with the square cutout and the spring loaded hook is aligned to the cutout on the inside, this will let it snap in place and move in and out as needed without getting lost.
Upper Frame:
- Insert the barrel so that it aligns with the peg facing upward
- slide the barrel shroud over the barrel and it should align correctly to the frame
- If everything looks good you can glue them in place
- Once the barrel is in, add the cylinder pin and glue it in place.
- The cylinder can now slide into place on the cylinder pin
- The Top cover should now snap into place connecting the barrel shroud and frame, no need to glue unless you do not care about the extra details
Lower Frame:
- Start with the trigger assembly, please refer to the photos here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3173889. The only difference is one part was turned into a washer as it was not needed for this model.
- Once assembled and tested, install the side plate, you can glue it at the fat peg nearest the frame hinge, the other end will be held in by the grip
- Once that is assembled and the glue dry, you can add the grip and glue it in place
Once both the upper and lower frames are complete, use the fatChicagoScrews as the hinge for the frames, you can adjust how much tension you want by tightening or loosening the screw.

- Added an optional fluted cylinder if you prefer the look of the pre-repair version
10/29/24
- Fixed lower frame not mating properly with upper frame
10/24/24

- Adjusted trigger to have more clearance
- Adjusted frame latch pivot pin to give more clearance

- Added basic assembly instructions
10/19/2024
- If you downloaded before 10/19 you will need to re-download the FatChicagoScrewFemale_Fixed.stl There was something whack with the geometry and it totally failed in printing for me.
10/18/24:
- If you downloaded this in the first hour it was up it had the wrong CylinderMainPin file, please download the new one that interfaces with the barrel indexing peg.
