Ncase M2 Anti-Sag Bracket 4080/4090 FE

The GPU mount uses the 4080/4090 Founders Edition M3 threaded holes hidden underneath the magnetic cover located at the front end of the card.

The bracket attaches to the fan/radiator bracket of the Ncase M2 with M5 self-tapping screws (the ones that come pre-packaged with fans).

BOM:

• 2× M5 self-tapping fan screws
• 2× M3×5 countersunk screws
• 1× M3×8 countersunk screw
• 1× M3×5×4 (5mm OD) heat set insert - aliexpress

Print recommendations:

• PETG or ABS/ASA
• 4 walls/perimeters
• 30-40% infill

For testing purposes you can skip the threaded brass insert by printing the GPU-Mount-M3ST file and threading the M3×8 directly into the pilot hole.
