33x M3 heat inserts (+4 if you want to make some kind of mount like for zuca pole + bolts)
4x M3x25mm bolts
28x M3x8-10mm bolts
1x M3x8mm bolt
1m 12V UV led strip (i have used 14,4W/m)
USB power adapter with power delivery set on 12V (CZ / ENG)
PIR motion sensor- if you can, you want one where you can set the time for switch to be on, in CZ store is the better one, but i cant find that type in ENG(CZ / ENG)
All links are just for info what kind of stuff i bought, i dont have any connection to stores from those links
Printing:
supports are advised for bottom cover( bolt holes, hole for USB) and for seal holders (bolt holes)
PETG because of UV
3 walls, 20+% infill
print 2x Seal and Seal holder, for seal, i have printed mine from PTE, you can use something like that or print it from pla or petg and use it as template for cutting it from something else like rubber
Parts orientation:
Assembly instruction:
prepare 50cm pieces of led strip and solder 5cm wires to them
start on one side and glue them in place, wires on same side
prepare PCB holder, set power adapter to 12V and solder 8cm wire to - and connect swith to +
if you decide to use motion sensor, you have to feed it through the hole from top so the sensor will be mounted between the led strips, solder - from power adapter to - on sensor input and second switch wire to +, solder 5cm wires to sensor output
put PCB holder in place, connect wires from sensor with wires on led strip using wire connectors, for sensorless instalation, just connect - wire from power adapter to - on led strips and wire from switch with + on led strips
if you have switch with led inside, wou will need to wire that too, if you connect it straight to power adapter, led will be always on, if you connect it to wire connectors with led strips, it will be on just when switch is on
ToDo:
mount for zuca pole
