Modified @Matt3D's excellent design with a longer, knurled exterior for better grip.
Print suggestions:
Note that this remix, like the original, prints very large. Maybe larger than you want. I've found that printing at 50% is plenty large enough for my pet's medication.
Print at 20% infill, cubic pattern for optimal strength vs material cost. I think anything more than that is probably overkill.
If printing at 50%, you won't need supports for this, but you might need a brim.
