Hanging Tealight Lantern

This is an updated hanging version of my other lantern found here. 

A few tweaks to make it a bit easier to print. Bottom has been made a bit smaller. Bottom now is solid for tealight to sit in. Top has been revised with a loop to hang it. Also added a pole and base setup to hang it from if you like.
