Description
Very handy device to have on hand when designing holes for 3D printed designs. How big should that hole be for a slip fit on an m3 bolt head? It depends on your printer and slicer settings. Simply slide the item into the holes, find the fit you are looking for (press, slip, loose) and then read off the diameter of the hole on the scale.
Runs from 1.0 mm to 10.9 mm in 0.1 mm increments.
For the two color print you can use the pre-sliced gcode provided (it is for the MK4S HF0.4 nozzle) or simply slice the .stl yourself and put a color change at the second last layer. You don't need a multi color printer to do this!
Technically only correct for holes in this orientation, you can see my vertical version for vertical holes.
