Description
The turning tool is a small helper for the Thermomix (TM5) from the company Vorwerk for easier removal of dough.
It was designed by McBohl. You can find his publication on thingiverse.
With this one can easily turn the knife of the machine, so that the dough is released almost by itself from the container.
This is not a product of the company Vorwerk!
The names Thermomix and Vorwerk are registered trademarks.

Die Teigblume ist ein kleiner Helfer für den Thermomix (TM5) der Firma Vorwerk zum einfacheren Entfernen von Teig. Sie wurde ursprünglich von McBohl auf thingiverse veröffentlicht.
Mit dieser kann man das Messer der Maschine leicht drehen, sodass sich der Teig fast von selbst aus aus dem Behälter löst.

Print with 100% infill. / Mit 100% Infill drucken!
Supports are normally not required. My i3 Mk3S+ can bridge with PLA without any problems. Should your printer not be able to bridge cleanly with the filament used, then supports can be useful.
The G-code file is without supports.

Supports sind normalerweise nicht erforderlich. Mein i3 Mk3S+ kann mit PLA das auf alle Fälle problemlos “brücken”. Sollte Dein Drucker das Bridging mit dem verwendeten Filament nicht sauber hinbekommen, dann können Supports sinnvoll sein.
Die G-Code Datei ist ohne Supports.
