beyerdynamic DT770 PRO drilling jig

Multiple mods exist for the DT770 PRO headphone. So, I made this jig to be able to drill holes accurately in multiple enclosures.

Also useful for balance mod where you need to drill both enclosures of the headphone.

The jig is parametric, meaning you can change the hole size easily in Freecad and it will stay below the driver's line.

If someone needs it, maybe I will make an adapter piece to be able to keep most of the jig and only swap the hole pattern for custom shapes that can be drilled or milled.

The default size is 6 mm for a Lumberg 1502 08 connector (female jack 3.5 mm).

Disclaimer: To use the jig you need to remove the pad, foam and driver of course, the picture is just for the presentation and the job is already done on the headphone.
