Subtle robot vaccum ramp - door threshold [modular/parametric]

Summary

16mm high threshold designed for the irobot i8+.

Parametric design. Change either [Length, Depth, Height] in fusion file.

For my threshold i printed 3 long pieces [L=200mm,h=16,d=35] and 1 end piece [155mm].

4 different lengths on end pieces [185,155,125,105] Couldnt find the standards on door thresholds, so if any lengths are missing, please let me know.

Small end cap part included if the gap from where the piece are connected can be seen from one side.

Print

• Printed at 0.2mm layer height in PLA. No support needed. 
• No special setting is needed. Can recommend variable height for cleaner fillet.
• Long piece is about 30g of plastic and short about 25 g.

Installation 

Combine pieces to fit your threshold. Use cad files if none of the included files fit your needs.

Use sticky tape to fasten (20mm x 10mm).
