Audi Coaster

Update 12/22: This model was designed before Arachne slicing was introduced and has only been tested using classic slicing.

I designed this Audi logo coaster using some of the pattern features available in Solidworks. Use two different colors to make it really pop! You can also play with the top fill pattern setting in PrusaSlicer for a different look. The model is inteded to be printed using a 0.4mm nozzle. The print time is about 2 hours on my MINI+.

Recommended print settings (PrusaSlicer):

• layer height: 0.2mm for the base and 0.1mm for the logos and rim to achieve a good balance between speed and quality
• 3 perimeters
• detect thin walls enabled
• 100% infill
• consider slowing down print speed from 2mm onwards to improve quality
• skirt height 11 layers to prime nozzle after color change
