TP-Link TL-SG108 Rack Mount

This is a 1U mount for the TP-Link TL-SG108 8 port switch, but I suppose it will hold anything that fits this opening. 

Dimensions ( W x D x H ) 6.2 × 4.0 × 1.0 in (158 × 101 × 25 mm)

The idea is the pins hold the wings in place as well as apply pressure to the switch to make sure it does not move around when plugging stuff in and out. 

If the pin is too stiff I would recommend taking a drill bit to clean out the hole in the wings. You want the pin to be a little snug, but not impossible. Drill bits to use 

5mm (Original hole size)

6mm (depending on how egged the hole is) 

#9 = 4.9784 mm or .1960 inch

13/64 = 5.1587 mm or .2031 inch
