PowerBank + Solar panel

I did not have exact component so resized and redesigned some parts to fit my needs. This designed for 2 panels 110x60 mm. You can use batteries what ever you want, my case - batteries scrapped from electronic cigarettes. There are 2 PCB one for charging from batteries , second for charging via Type-C and discharging via USB Type-A. Actually one would be enough.
