Handlebar Bag Harness Support - Parametrik Model

Highly adaptable handlbar bag harness for bikepacking.

Disigned for Stability and light weight. Solid mounting on the handlebar to eliminate wobble and rubbing on the frame. Usable with standard dry bags and common handlebar bags. The model is parametric and can be adapted to differet bag sizes and handelbar sizes, as well as adjusting the mounting angle.

The provided STLs are an example and are suitable for 31.8mm Handlebars and 180mm diameter bags.

When using the Harness with a common handlebar bag the Carbon tubes are otional as well as the straps.

To adapt the model use the variables in the feature list:

Required hardware:

• 4x M5x16mm Socket Head Screw
• 4x M5 Heat Set Inserts
• 2x Carbon Tube (Diameter and lenght adjustable, I recomend 15mm external 13mm internal (link) )
• 2x Mounting Straps (I used Appia straps from amazon: (link) )
• Dry Bag (e.g. : AGU Venture Extreme: (link) )
